How can I get my 2SV code on my phone if I'm out of the country?

We always recommend having text and email enabled so you can receive 2SV codes. That way you can get your code whether you’re connected to WiFi or using your cellular data. If you have your email set up to receive 2SV codes, please connect to the Internet and obtain your code.

If you can't obtain your code, we will assist you in gaining access to your account, provided we are able to verify your identity over the phone.

Where can I use my debit card when travelling out of the country?

Look for the logos on the back of your MemberCard and if at least one matches what you see on an ATM or POS system, your card is compatible. You have access to most ATM networks around the world but we recommend carrying cash, or a credit card as a backup.

How can I order foreign currency?

You can purchase US Dollars (USD) at any of our branches before your trip. For all other foreign currencies, use ICE’s Click & Collect service —just order online and pick up your currency at a location that works best for you.

How do I send a wire transfer?

Wire transfers must be sent at a branch and require information about the receiver and their bank, such as a routing number, SWIFT code, and more.

How can I send money to someone?

If you are sending up to $10,000 within Canada, an Interac e-Transfer® might be the best option. If you are sending more than $10,000 or internationally, you should consider a wire transfer. Learn more about sending money.
